I find mine going out of sync now and again, I just change channel up and down.

Hooley, The firmware I am using is as attched and I followed the attached file to load the cccam file please advice regards. In my opinion it requires quite a bit of manipulation to put it some semblance of order. How can i solve this problem? No plugins,no epg now and nextno bouqets.
